Happy Halloween

Gentry Age: 5 - Witch
Sadie Age 8 - Medieval Princess

Calli Age 10 - "24601" - Jean Val Jean from Les Miserables. We took Calli to Tuacahn to see the play (3 times) and she became obsessed. She knows all the characters and can sing all the songs word for word. There was no question what she wanted to be for Halloween, just where to find a costume. I ended up making it. Not too bad for someone who can only sew straight lines right.

Halloween is one of my favorite times to go and help in the girls classes. I spent the entire day there (9:00 -1:15) first in Sadie's class helping with her party and then in Calli's class helping with their ice cream sundae party! Just another day in Paradise!

Fall Fun!

THRILLER! Adam and I went to see Thriller at Tuacahn last week, it was so much fun. I loved it. Adam's favorite part was the Lorena Bobbit skit. It was great. Nothings better than Morbid Humor!

What's fall without Homemade Caramel Apples! Why is it whenever I do something fun with the kids and take pictures, it's always on a day I didn't bother doing their hair...Oh well!

The Peterson Happenings!

 October 2008 - January 2010.

Here's a quick glance of some of the fun things we did in 2008 prior to the blogging.

We took the girls to their 2nd BYU game. They loved it, although they enjoy watching Cosmo and the cheerleaders more than the game. I was raised going to BYU games, so this has been a fun tradition to carry on. The pictures are of the girls at Lavell Edwards Stadium, and the girls being "too cool "on the way home.

Another season of soccer for Calli

Calli and Sadie's Theater Group. Calli played Darla in the play Little Rascals, Sadie played her friend Maryann...

The Easter bunny brought Rock Band  and this has become one of our favorite family past times. Rocking it out with Rock Band. It's so much fun watching the girls. Gentry can now sing "Dead or Alive" by Bon Jovi all the way through. The only bad thing about it is trying to fight the girls for a turn.

LAKE POWELL

August 2008

We had a family get together with my family and the Dean Losee Family. We went to Lake Powell and stayed on Jeremy and Sharlas house boat for 3 days. It was a blast. We were spoiled rotten.

We started a tradition of taking a camping trip in July with the Peterson Family.

Horseshoes...a Peterson tradition.

The last exciting news was Sadie getting baptized. She was baptized on October 11 by Adam. She was so excited and had a countdown until her baptism day! Congratulations Sadie, we love you!
