What the?....

Apparently, the girls wanted to make a bed and watch a movie in the bath tub! ? :)

Wipeout Pizza Party!

One of our favorite family TV shows is "Wipeout."
It's airs on Wednesday's and because of Young Women's we TiVo it and watch it Thursdays. The girls get in and out of the bath, we all get in our comfy's, get our dinner all ready and then sit around together and watch it.

It is so hilarious we just laugh and laugh. Gentry rolling out her dough for her personal Pizza
Calli adding toppings to her Calzone.
And Sadie enjoying!
This has become such a fun family tradition, we all look forward to Wipeout night!!

Troy!

Troy is a outside and garage dog. We put a doggie door in the garage door so he could come and go. He has been really good about not following the girls in the house. But this one particular day we had gone into town and I forgot to lock the door that goes from the garage into the house. After being gone for a couple hours we got home and soon realized Troy was not outside. As soon as I opened the door to the house he ran out. I just knew I was going to find a big mess. I took off my shoes and slowly began walking all over the house in my barefeet so I could find any "accident" he may have had. As I walked through I was finding stuff animals from Calli's room in the living room, and toys from the playroom in the study and stuff animals from Sadie and Gentry's room in the kitchen. I knew they weren't there before because I had tidyed before leaving. I continued following this trail of toys through out the house. I did find one small puddle in my bathroom but thankfully it was just on the rug, and was easy clean up but other than that all I could find was toys Troy had gotten out of each room and carried to another. It was pretty funny! "While we're away, the dog will play."

UP! and Blitz

We took the girls to see Up!....
in 3-D.
It was way cute and so much fun!
The girls were so excited we got to keep the glasses they wore them all through Wal-mart, before going the the Blitz Game!
BLITZ FOOTBALL GAME
We went to a St. George Blitz football game. Two of my nieces were performing so it was a big family event.
Calli, Sadie and Gentry with some of their cousins watching the game...
hanging out and cheering!

Jaicelyn cheering and...
Kassi dancing for the Half Time show.
It was really fun, the game was good, the half time show was great, and the company was even better. We actually realized that we knew a couple of the players so that made it even more exciting!

Shish Kabobs

Adam is an amazing chef. He worked as a chef before we got married and for a few years after. He still loves to mess around in the kitchen and try different recipes, usually ones he's made up. I love watching him cook, he never measures anything he just adds this and that. Most the time when people ask him how he made something he doesn't know. So on Sundays I am very happy to turn the kitchen over to him. We eat better on Sundays than we do the rest of the week, usually roast, steaks, or ribs with Potatoes, and Veggies. (My all time favorite that he makes is Cheese Soup) But his passion is BBQ. During the nice weathered months, most Sundays we BBQ and eat outside. This Sunday was no different, we made Shish Kabobs. YUM!

Let the Summer Begin!

Summers at our house means late nights and sleeping in each morning, slumber parties in the basement watching movies until we fall asleep and lazy days....Summers Rock!
This particular night I went down to check on the girls and this is what I found; the girls "picto chating" to each other with their Nintendo DS's. This picture was taken about 1:30 AM. Too funny!! (It's just a good thing I can sleep in each morning too or I'd be a bear.)

My Little Fishes!

School has been out for two weeks now and my girls have spent EVERYDAY in Grandma and Grandpas pool (sometimes twice each day) They can't get enough of the water. It's the first thing they think of when they get up and the last thing they think of before they go to bed.
Calli, Sadie and Gentry
Calli loves doing tricks. She tried doing a back flip off of the ladder but didn't clear it in time. She smacked her face on the ladder and got a fat lip and a scrapped up nose. It stopped her from doing that again....well at least for a day.
Sadie loves to wear goggles and masks so she can dive for stuff on the bottom.
This is the first year that Gentry has been able to touch, she is in heaven with her new found freedom.

SpLaSh PaD!

When not in the swimming Pool all day, we actually manage to get out and about. Gentry and Sadie love the Splash Pads but Calli's not too sure. So we skip around to different splash pads for a little variety. We really like the main street one, the girls love to splash in the stream but our all time favorite is the Hidden Valley Park/Splash Pad, where it is a HUGE park and splash pad in one and of course we always have to go with cousins, friends and lots of munchies.
Sadie getting ready to get wet!
Gentry and Jantzyn (cousin)

Gentry having a ball.

Family Fishing!

We went fishing at Enterprise Reservoir .
Gentry was so proud to have her own "barbie" fishing pole and tackle box which she filled with all the necessary items.
Sadie our Super Caster. Look at those muscles.

Calli and Troy. Troy was so funny, he kept trying to "fetch" the bobbers. As soon as we would start reeling in our line he was right there ready to catch it. It got quite annoying always trying to run from him.
Ahhh, the relaxation of fishing. This is Adam's paradise. Out on the lake in his pontoon...one with nature.

Okay, enough with relaxing, time for rides. Yipee.
Our Brother in Law Eric and his kids (who live in Enterprise) came over for a couple hours and brought his boat.
The kids had a blast taking turns in the boat and on the pontoon. As for me, I loved the relaxation of having a quiet shore all to myself...ahhh.
In the end Calli was the lucky one that caught a fish. We took it over to Eric and Ambers and had a yummy fish fry and BBQ.
