March Madness 2021!
I went to my new hairstylist and she did a great job. I think the transition from Kim to Sadie will be easy but I will miss my talks with Kim. Sadie had just colored my hair and was cleaning up so Gentry took over and dried it for me. Haha!
Just more fun Salon.Be pictures.
So far, so good. She is loving it!
Love JPS customer's that show their appreciation with treats!!
Adam loves his drone. He loves flying it and learning everything it can do.
A boy...
and his toys!!
I had posted this on instagram and...
Calli posted this:)
Beautiful March Skies
These clouds looked like little tornados.
Another flurry of snow. It was so pretty on these pink trees. I had to pull over on my way to work and snap a picture.
BYU vs DSU It was so fun having the team come here for a game.
This is how Sadie watches the intense games. She get's so nervous.
This picture was posted in the paper. I stole it because it was so cool. The game however was rough. This should have been an easy win but they lost. Plus, Austin struggled as well. It was a hard one to watch.
Happy St Patricks Day. Nothing too crazy now that they are getting older. Just cereal and succulents and they were happy.
Relief Society Birthday Party! We had a zoom paint night.
Water colors cups! It took over my house for a few days as I prepared the paint packets and cupcakes.
Packets! Sometimes all you need is a little splash of color and a reason to celebrate. Happy 179th Birthday Relief Society.
Packets, all packed and ready to be handed out.
Adam (our 3rd counselor) jumped in and helped me wrap the cupcakes one night.
They turned out so cute! The night before the activity we had a "drive-by" pick up for the packets and cupcakes.
Handing out the packets in our Happy Birthday Crowns
Paint Night! We had a great turn out. We had about 50 sisters join us on zoom to paint. Some of us even got together in small groups to paint together. It was a lot of fun!
Our masterpieces
A few days later I received this from Shauna thanking me for all my hard work. Its the Madrid temple. I loved it!
Got a new fan for outside. So glad I have such a handyman husband.
Gentry finished her painting by numbers and it is soo cool. She’s anxious to already get another one.
Another weekend heading to Provo to baseball games. This time we avoided the snow and was able to get tickets. Win Win!
Sitting at the field. Love this view.
And this view...getting ready to start the game.
No game is complete without a cougar tail. After the game Gentry, Adam and I went shopping at Scheels while Austin and Sadie went to dinner with his family and then to a birthday party for her friend Hallee. There was a snorkeler in the tank cleaning it.
Coming out of Scheels we saw this view.
Amazing. Love the moon with the snow capped mountains.
When in Provo, we go to JCW's
After dinner, we went back to the hotel and crashed.
Sunday, we picked up Costa Vida and went to Nielsen's Grove Park for lunch.
It was such a cool park. We ate and then spent some time exploring.
Paths everywhere...Ducks wandering around
Heading home, we passed a huge accident on the northbound side. Traffic was backed up for miles.
They diverted them to the right side on a dirt road.
It was crazy seeing absolutely no cars on the southbound side of the freeway. As we were pulling back into town Tyson and Lacey called and said they were at grandmas so we stopped there to say hi. The girls loved playing with their dog outside. It was a great month and busy month. This was the first month that we had traveled anywhere besides camping in over a year and it felt so good. Looking forward to a little more normalcy in the coming months.
