RSL!!

When we heard that Talen's mission farewell was going to be on the same weekend as a home Real soccer Game we knew we had to go. It was my early birthday present from Adam and the girls.
Bo had an early morning soccer game that we planned to leave from right after and head up north. But when her game got cancelled we were ahead of schedule.
These guys are so entertaining while road trippin' Keeps it fun and us laughing that's for sure.
We drove straight to the hotel at Thanksgiving Point to get in some swimming before the game.
After a dip in the pool, showers and pizza we headed to the game.
All of us in our Real Gear!

We made it to the stadium. I have only been to this stadium once before and that was to watch SC play soccer. It has always been on my bucket list to make it to a game.-Check
 Real vs Dallas

We got there early enough to watch the team warm-up
Thank you for my awesome birthday present honey!!
 Go Real!
We had so much fun! The girls loved it and had a blast. It is something we will definitely do again. That night we stayed in the hotel and then headed to Talen's farewell the next morning.

 Luncheon at Stacy's afterwards.

Cousins saying goodbye for the next 3 years.
Talen leaves in October then Calli and then Ashlynn.
Til, we meet again Talen. Good Luck you will be an amazing missionary!

Sadie is Sweet 16!

Sadie celebrated her 16th birthday with a Surprise party the weekend before. Rachel, Kada and Daisy helped me with the invites. They invited about 30 people and we had 20 show up. Sadie had no idea. I had Calli and Gentry take her to get ice cream to get her out of the house. While the guests were showing up she kept calling some of them asking them if they wanted to hang out. They all had different reasons why they couldn't. She couldn't understand what they were all doing. She jumped so high when they all yelled "Surprise"
The party went from 7-12. They hung out, ate, played volleyball, ping pong, Foosball, croquet, jumped on the tramp, roasted smores and starbursts and had a good time.

What a crew of good kids. It was fun having them all over.
On Monday we all went to dinner. Mostly because we have all been so busy lately we just needed some time to sit, relax and visit, but it counted as Sadie's dinner as well since she chose Red Lobster.
While we were waiting for our table we walked up to the Halloween store. It was pretty creepy and actually really cool.
Gentry's nervous something is going to jump out.
Sadie got "got" Look at the delight on Calli and Sadie's faces at seeing Sadie jump.

Sunset as we walked back over to the restaurant.
 Three Musketeers!
Wednesday night after YW and team night Sadie opened her presents and we had root beer floats. She got a new phone case. (The running joke in the family is that Sadie always opens receipts of whats coming, because she never decides what she wants until it's too late to ship it) tonight was no different she got the receipt for the phone case. She also got $, Luke Bryan ticket, a shirt, Crest white strips and soccer pictures and frames.
Later than night her friends showed up with treats, gifts and a cake and sang Happy Birthday to her. They didn't ever actually eat the cake it was very useful in their food fight....good thing I love these kids.
Happy Sweet 16 Sadie Jae! You are so "sassy" but we love you still!!
