September

Just September!
Tuesdays and Thursdays at Calli's, playing with Liam is my favorite.

Liam loves grass, but doesn't have any grass in their backyard. So we built him some. :)
Trying it out!
He loves it!
He is beginning to eat solids.
Which is always followed by a bath.
Hey Pumpkin!
September skies leaving Hurricane!

So surreal having a grandson playing in the playroom!

10 days in September were spent in Disney, so much to report for the month.

Liam’s 1/2 Birthday

The most Magical 6 Months!
While in Disney, Calli took Liam's 6 month pictures.
Happy 1/2 Birthday Liam!
Love you so much!
Then when we got home, we had a little birthday party!

Watermelon Cake!

Cake, Both Grandmas, and presents. What could be better!

WDW Day 8 - Magic Kingdom & Travel

Saturday, September 23, 2026 - Magic Kingdom & Travel Day

We were all so excited for an extra day at Disney. This ended up being another one of my favorite rides. We had packed most of our stuff the night before. Adam was more than happy to stay with Liam while we all ran to the park. I was up and ready to go before anyone else and had a few things on my list to do before the crew got there, so I headed out on my own. Haha! Although I still wasn’t feeling 100% I pushed through and hit everything I missed that was on my bucket list. I rode Peter Pan first. I had to see the darling queue and it did not disappoint. Then did Mickey Philharmagic show and the Monsters Inc Laugh show. Both were so cute but I loved Monsters. So cute and funny.  Mobile ordered from Sleepy Hollow again and got their chicken and waffles again…so dang good and a sprite just to settle my stomach. Ate them I was strolled through the park. Then did Swiss Family Robinson and the People mover. Just as I was getting off, the kids were getting on. They had all rode Pirates, Haunted, Tiana’s and Tron. Calli and Levi were hitting all the things they missed when they had Liam at the baby center. Then I did the Tales with Belle. This is such a hidden gem. It was so dang cute and interactive. I contemplated hitting the Barnstormer which was the last on my list, but didn't want to push it.  So I just strolled through the park, popping in and out of shops taking pics until I decided I better start heading back to help Adam with the luggage but still took my time. Grabbed him some eggrolls, Strolled through the Emporium. (Points to Disneyland for their emporium, WDW is very small compared) Stopped at the Confectionary and bought the viral popcorn. Debated about riding the railroad, climbed the stairs and took picture and decided to just head back. Got back the resort and found Adam and the rest of the crew in the lobby with all our luggage. We hung out, ate the popcorn I bought and waited for our ride. Anthony, the same driver that dropped us off, picked us up. This service was amazing. I would do it again. Got to the airport and had just a few minutes before boarding. The flight was easy peasy. Liam slept the whole flight and ride home from Las Vegas.

What an amazing vacation we had. So much fun with our Disney Family. One more check off our bucket list. 3 parks down, 3 more to go!

Another day at Magic Kingdom

Found Lady and the Tramps footprints outside Tony's.
Strolled down mainstreet.

and around the castle.

Stopping at the wishing well.

And Cinderella's fountain.

The kids on pirate, while I was on Peter Pan

So dang cute.
Just Adam and Liam.
Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse

Show at the castle.
More ride from the crew, while I was...

On people mover.

Enchanted tales with Belle. Inside the cute little house that Belle grew up in.

Belle and her mom.

After walking through Belles house, you walk through the enchanted mirror, where you are greeted by the wardrobe. Here, all the children are given parts in a play that they rehearse for Belle.
Then we go into the Beasts library

Where Belle comes in and the children put on their show and take pictures with her. So so darling!
Pit stop on main street for the viral popcorn bar.
The kids still hoping on and off rides.
Last stroll for me, down mainstreet.

Railroad Station
Back at the resort.
And airport.
These two sure love being aunts.

Overall, we had a fantastic time. So much fun. I am so glad that we were able to knock Walt Disney off our bucket list but not going to lie, I think I'm still partial to Disneyland. Until next time!!
