Merry Christmas 2014!

Christmas Morning!
Looks like Santa Came
Anxiously waiting to come downstairs.
This year we did something different. After checking out the stockings we grabbed all the presents under the tree and took them downstairs where we made individual piles. We sat in a big circle and took turns opening our presents. It was fun to slow things down a bit and see what everyone got.
After everything was open we handed them one more present. It was a box full of pennies. Underneath was a map of all the "pressed penny" machines in Disneyland. It took them a minute to figure out what it was and then they said. "Cool, that will be fun next time we go." When we told them when we were going, their jaws dropped. They had no clue and were beyond excited. We literally pulled that together at the last minute. We weren't planning on going but when Adam found a great deal we jumped on it, making the reservations the night before Christmas Eve. It was so much fun surprising them.
Disneyland Countdown!
The Piles:
Sadie's Pile! Some of her favorites were: Penny board, dart gun, clothes and I-dock.
Calli's Pile! Some of her favorites were: Snowboard and coat, clothes, speaker and spotify gift card.
Gentry's Pile! Some of her favorites were: Penny Board, Ipod Touch, headphones and art kit.
Calli also got a scrapbook and about 200 pictures throughout the year printed. She was very excited and got right to work on it.
Gentry checking out her new Ipod Touch and Ear phones.
 And Penny Board.
Calli and Sadie play Disney Infinity.
The best part of the day was when we had a big family dart gun war!
Everyone in the family got dart guns.
Locked and loaded.
We had a blast running, ducking and hiding around the house playing "flood" with them the rest of the day.

Needless to say we came away with quite a few welts but it was a BLAST.
Later that day we heard from Dad and Merilee from their mission. It was good to talk to them. They loved the slippers we sent them. That night we had dinner with Isaac and Lindee and enjoyed the many visitors we had throughout the day. It was such a great day. Merry Christmas Everyone!
