We had to miss our annual camping trip to Coral Pink this year due to Taylor Andersen's funeral. (Kami's son) but we were able to pull a quick camping trip together the following weekend to celebrate Adam's birthday. It was such a crazy time with primary and the trek that it took ALOT of planning to pull it off. But we did it and it was one of the best camping trips.
Adam and I (and Ky) went up to Enterprise on Thursday and camped by ourselves (literally by ourselves, there was no one else at the reservoir) and then the family all came up Friday night.
All set up and catching up on my inklings.
March Madness. We bought a mobile Starlink for when we are camping so the family can still get a hold of us. This was the first time trying it and it was awesome. We watched BYU play Thursday night.
Margarita Pizza and a happy boy to be camping again...first one of the season.
After dinner razor ride around the reservoir.
After our ride, we took a walk through Honeycomb campground. Always so nostalgic.
Back to camp for games and movies.
Amazing Sunset!

Sitting by the fire and
Stargazing!
Friday morning breakfast...Omelets.
After breakfast we took a longer ride out to Pine Park!
Checking the rode to see if it's passable... nope! :)
Adam parked in a ditch...
and had to jump to get back in the razor, of course i was dying laughing instead of helping!
Pine Park!
I love this place. It is so cool.
Hiking down into the bowl.!
Hiking around and back out.
Gnome Hat!
Car Land
Ky was in heaven and never stopped running.
He was a great passenger.
Tuckered out!
Adam too!

After some lunch, we went fishing.
And then on a bike ride.
Just as we were getting back, the kids showed up. We had dinner and played games until way past our bedtime.
Happy 50th Birthday Adam! Nothing better than early mornings and hot chocolate!!
Koda ran right over in the morning to hang out with grandma.
While Adam started on breakfast...
me and the girls decorated the trailer.
Opening gifts.
A new double saucer swing for the backyard
and a new drone.

Testing it out!
The kids heading out on a ride.
That afternoon, Travis, Duke and Hope came up for a combined birthday get together with everyone. The girls loved shopping for and buying Hope presents.
The guys!
Cake and Ice Cream!
After they headed back home, we played Kube.
Made and ate tin foil dinners.
Played games
Watch more March Madness.
Smores, camp fire, star gazing and chatting!
Time for bed.
We sure love our crew! Thanks for making dad's birthday so special!
Happy Big 50 Adam! Love you so much! I don't think we could have fit more of Adam's "favorite things" into one weekend, if we tried. We had a blast!
