Senior Ball 2022

Gentry got to go to her last dance with one of her best friends, Gavin Lewis. And even better, his friends all asked Gentry’s friends, including Jaden and Brady Gates who were friends with them all before moving to Bryce Canyon. They came and stayed the weekend with us and it was the perfect end to her high school dances!
He and his friends had a Rugby game in Salt Lake Saturday morning, so they did their day date on Friday in Pine Valley riding four wheelers, eating pizza and hanging out at a cabin. Saturday, they played in their game and drove home for pictures, dinner and the dance!

Gentry - Senior - 18 years old
Absolutely Gorgeous!
Besties! They all got ready at our house and then went to Hallee’s to be picked up. Rolando had been baptized and they were having a luncheon there so it was easier where we were all there anyway.

We had fun taking pics while we waited for the boys!
The Girls!

Cousins!

Me, Adam, Calli, Kami, and Kim all ate our lunch and anxiously waited for their arrival! Haha!
The best part was when Bishop and Lori walked out of the luncheon and realized what was happening. He wanted to stay and conduct interviews so bad. Haha! But Lori quickly swept him away before the boys arrived.
Handing out roses and boutonnieres!
Gavin & Gentry

The group…peep the mustaches! Haha!

Heading out!

They had Chick-fil-a on fancy tables for dinner, took pictures in the orchard. And went to the dance.

After the dance, they came to our house for a movie and stayed until 3:00am. She had a blast! Her last dance could not have been better!

Easter 2022

Easter Sunday we had our whole crew and then invited the grandparents over as well. We ate dinner, had a devotional and then an Easter egg hunt!
So yummy!! Ham, Dutch oven potatoes, rolls, salads, and potting soil.
Calli snapped this picture of the grandpas enjoying their meal together. So cute!
After dinner, we had our devotional. It was Calli and Levi’s turn and like always did an amazing job.
They did an object lesson about the atonement with donuts. They handed out donuts to all who wanted one and with each donut they handed out Gentry did push ups.
Even those who didn’t want a donut, Gentry had to do push ups for the donut they didn’t want. They tied it to the atonement and how Jesus sacrificed for everyone whether they wanted it or not. It was sooo good!
After the devotional the girls and Levi went on an Easter egg hunt!
We had hidden 100 eggs with 100 dollar bills in each, another dozen with candy and 4 with stars on them that had $20.

They had a great time running around like they were 5 again, especially when an egg popped open and they realized they had money in them. Haha!
Counting their cash!
They also each got a bag with some loot. A Stanley cup, gift card and candy.
While cleaning up, Rolando and Kami were outside so we pulled up our chairs to the fence to visit. Calli snapped this picture! Haha!
Our Easter lights that the company automatically set for all the holidays. We always forget until we see them come on. Haha! It was a picture perfect Easter filled with family, food, the spirit and fun!!

Gentry’s Senior Pics

Gentry was hesitant to even get her senior pictures done. She is so timid and getting her pics taken was outside her comfort zone. But as soon as I asked “what if we ask Tristan Craig to take them” she was on board.

I snapped this picture of Tristan taking Gentry’s pictures. It was so fun watching her. She was so comfortable with Tristan (he’s like a brother) and he had her turning, twisting, jumping and posing. I was very impressed with both of them:)
Another picture I snapped!
Love them All! And so happy with how they turned out and that Gentry was happy with them too!

Like really? So pretty!

Gorgeous!

Tristan insisted that I jump in a few with Bo.

I kept teasing her that these were the ones I was going to use on her announcements!

I can’t believe My baby is a senior. I blinked and she grew up. She has grown into a beautiful young women inside and out and we are so proud of her!!
