June

Just June!
At the end of May, Ellie came home from College and Kell moved back from Hawaii so the two of them with Sadie decided to move in together for the summer. They stayed in El's casita.
Another "split ward" lunch. We were missing a few people but still fun!

More :chore challenges" This has become one of favorite things. Each Sunday, we do a chore challenge, dinner, devotional and dessert.

This was my favorite and much harder than it looks.

For devotional, Adam and I put dots on them all during dinner. It was so funny. They were trying to figure out what the dots meant the entire time. They were counting their dots, they would only talk about specific things to see if each dot meant something different. It was so fun!!
The crew with their dots
After dinner, we read the You are Special Book about the Wemmicks and dots. It went over really well.
Guess who's the newest employee at JPS??
This girl! She comes in each day and inputs all the timesheet information in to the computer and on excel sheets for the truck inventory. It's a "legit adult" job and she's doing awesome at it.
More summer rains and rainbows.

Nothing like sitting in the hot tub during a light sprinkle.
Just enjoying the sunset. We have been very blessed with a nice spring so far. June did not get too hot.
Adam and I hiked to the Snow Canyon look out again!

Helping Adam with the forklift at work!
I don't know if this is a pro or con of having Adam as my boss!! :)

Apparently, we have a psychotic neighbor...She spray painted all over her house and truck. It was the talk of the town for a while.
Calli and Levi went to trek with their stake on the equipment crew and then as soon as they got home they went on a cruise.
Ensenada and Catilina Island
They had a blast!!

They had to send me this.... :) They went on the same line as we did for Alaska and this is the Winsjammer "Washy Washy" guy!!
While they were cruising, we had the pup!

Another trip to Johnson's Canyon to help with cement. It was a huge job. They were working on it until after midnight the night before and then woke up at 5:00am and worked on it all day.

Foreman taking a break.
We left Koda with Gentry for the night!
Another summer storm and the BRIGHTEST rainbow I have ever seen.

It kept getting brighter and brighter too!

Father's Day camping trip that turned to a quick trip.
We were planning on staying two nights but Gentry started to fever during the first night so the next day we packed up and came home.

Adam was still able to fish and go for a ride and spend one night it wasn't totally wasted.
That night since he didn't get his s'mores, we made some over the stove. It was great until he stuck the fork in his mouth to eat off the marshmallow and burnt his bottom lip. It had blisters all across it for days. Poor guy!
He still had a Happy Father's Day though.
He got a hammock stand, hammock, new Bose earphones and a shrimp boil for dinner.
Calli and Levi brought Koda back a jacket from Mexico.
It's about the cutest thing, I've ever seen.

Happy Father's Day Adam!
We try to walk each night but with trek coming up we were a little more diligent. We walked the dike every night for weeks, which is a 3 mile walk.

I sure love  this man and our nightly walks together.

We see lot's of fun stuff on our walks too. Horny Toad...
Tortoises...
and a grey fox.
Happy June everyone!!
