Friday I checked Gentry out of school and took her to her dentist appointment. She was having a tooth pulled. But after giving her as much anesthetic as they dared and having her still being able to feel it, they said they would have to try it again another time with stronger anesthetic. So off we went with nothing to show for it except a numb face.
Haha she's cute anyway and was such a trooper. After her appointment we ran some last minute errands for Adam's birthday. His birthday was actually the following day but with so many things going on on Saturday we celebrated it Friday Night. After errands we ran home, made an ice cream cake, decorated and wrapped presents. That night after Adam got off work we all went out to dinner at Outback.
Then came back home for ice cream cake and presents. He got some new work shorts, an outfit, a new swimming suit, a Belgium Waffle Maker and a 7 foot bean bag for the theater room.
"Happy Birthday to the person I never thought I could love more than the day we got married but have continued to love more and more each day since. "Happy Birthday Adam F! I love You!!"

(Adam's actual Birthday and our crazy Saturday)
Gentry had a Stake activity Days activity that morning. The theme was Princesses. She looked so cute when she came home in her little crown and with the craft she made that said "Always wear your invisible crown" She loved it!
That afternoon Gentry had a soccer game.

She got to be team captain for this game. They won 3-1.
As soon as her game was over we ran to Sadie's dance competition at the Dixie Center.
Sadie modeling her dance warm-up jacket.
We quickly finished getting her ready in the bathroom only to find out that they were an hour behind so now what was already going to be a late night would be even later. She had dances at 5:40, 7:20 and 8:40. (Which were now an hour later.) We hung out for 2 hours to watch her first dance and then while my mom, Gentry and I stayed to watch her second dance, Adam ran Calli to her soccer game. After Sadie's second dance we jumped in the car and raced to Calli's game. They won 8-0. By the time we got back to the Dixie Center they had caught up on time and we had missed Sadie's last dance but made it for awards.
Gentry and Calli it their matching Bombers uniforms hanging out and waiting for the awards to start. I love that all my girls support each other in their different activities.

Awards Ceremony
These are the die-hards that stayed for awards even though it was so late.
They ended up winning 1st place in all three dances. They got an overall high in their Lyrical routine and qualified for Nationals at Lagoon in May. She was so excited. Sometimes Sadie wonders if she should play soccer instead of dance because all her friends play soccer and she is the only one that dances but then we go to these events and it solidifies that "She is a Dancer" She just radiates on stage and loves every minute of it. The award ceremony got over around 11:00 pm. We decided a late night ice cream trip was a great way to end our busy day and to celebrate all the girls achievements and Adam's Birthday.
Nothing like Iceberg at 11:30 pm with the Fam.
Great job today Girls and Happy Birthday Adam!
