New patio set!
So cute!
Man, April could not decide if it was winter, summer or spring. But on the rare occasion that it was nice weather, we'd enjoy a walk.
This was so scary. I got a call from Levi one night, saying "Calli is okay and Koda is okay but..." While out walking Koda, they were attacked by another dog. The dog grabbed Koda by the neck and drug him off. Calli and the owner got in the middle of it trying to separate them and both got bit. Long story short, the cops were called by another neighbor because this dog had already killed another dog, blood was everywhere and everyone was shaken up.
Calli's hand. The owner of the dog ended up getting seven stitches. The owner was so nice and very cooperative. She knew she would have to put the dog down after it's second attack. Her and Calli just kept saying "I'm so sorry" to each other.
Facetiming with Calli and Koda that night. They had given him some calming medication so he was pretty subdued. Which was so sad to see, since he is usually bouncing off the walls.
We are sooo THANKFUL that everyone was okay. It could have been so much worse!
Came home from a trek meeting one Sunday and found the "boys" playing games and the "girls" doing their nails. So cute!

Happy 30th wedding anniversary to us! It's time for another trip with Ryan and Jenni but we both have separate trips planned for June so once we're both back, let the planning begin!
Driving out to Kaibab to check out the trek trail.
We drove out the night before and camped with Phil and Debbie Gubler. The next morning, Joel and Kristin met up with too.
Breakfast! We just slept in the back of the truck for a test run for the trek.
It is beautiful!
This picture still makes me laugh. This is the "guys' finding a way to take the handcarts "off-road" Apparently, their idea of off-road is very different than mine.
The "sticks" we'll need to pick up to get the wagons through. Haha! By the end they had convinced us girls. I think it will be a pivotal point during the trek.
At one point we go to a Grand Canyon overlook for a devotional.
The trek committee!

Another look out. Crazy Jug Point.
