I think this was the first year in about 12 years that we have not gone to the Ivins parade and festivities. After such a long weekend and sleepless nights for both Adam and I we decided to take advantage of the holiday and sleep in and catch up on our zzz's. It was so nice to be back in my own bed and snuggling with Adam. We did however keep another 24th of July tradition...swimming in Veyo with my family. For as long as I can remember as a child growing up, my family would go to Wet-n-Wild each 24th of July, but since it no longer exists we have changed courses and now go to the Veyo Pool.
It's such a cool little pool. It gets it's water from a natural spring and is surrounded by rocks and waterfalls.

After Veyo we headed to Enterprise with Adams Family for a BBQ and Fireworks.
