We have sure enjoyed going to the SC football and volleyball games so far this year. We love supporting Sadie and look forward to the games all week. It's been fun watching Adam get into the football games and learning more about volleyball.

At halftime they had a "kick it for cash" event where three of the clubs/sports had a chance to kick a field goal for cash. The cheerleaders were one of them and they all voted Sadie to take the kick. She told us that it might be her but we didn't know for sure until we got there.

She did awesome. She had 5 attempts. She didn't make it but man she actually came close a couple times. One of her kicks was just short. We were so proud of her. She was awarded with $200 for the cheer squad from Stephen Wade and then she got a gift card and t-shirt. I wish I would have recorded her when she turned to wave to the crowd...true cheerleader fashion, it was so cute. She continues to surprise me with her confidence and willingness to try new things. Way to go Sadie!
