We had some up's and we had some down's in June.
On May 30th we lost our sweet great-niece "Emmie" as she was born at 22 weeks. She lived about 4 hours in Travis and Kassandrya's arms. A few days after her passing, they had a small funeral and asked if they could have the luncheon at our house.
Gentry made this darling sign for the luncheon.
They have both been so strong.

Prepping for the luncheon
All the kids jumped in and helped. LOVE this picture!!
Kids and "future" kids?!!...We'll see!
Letting go of balloons with messages for heaven.
Sadie and Graccie!
Intense family volleyball game after everyone left. This was the first time Jason and Austin met. It was fun watching them interact and get competitive with each other.
It's sad to say that I have lived here all my life and had never been to see the petroglyphs...until now!!
We took a short Sunday stroll and it was pretty cool!
"Almost" empty nesters!
This is what our Friday Nights are starting to look like! Haha!
Calli hadn't been feeling well, so Jason and his sister brought her flowers and treats to cheer her up!
My "sis" Dilly
Dilly came to town so we went out to dinner with her and my mom and dad. Always good seeing her.
Gentry took and finished Driver's Ed in June. She was sooo glad when it was over. Now we just need to practice lots of driving before August. Can't believe I'll have all 3 girls on the road.
Calli made a couple big decisions in her life this month.... One, she decided to stay in St. George (for a certain boy) instead of heading to UVU, so she sold her housing contract
and two she decided she didn't want to be a "pool girl" forever and got another job. She is working at Children's Dental. Look how cute she looks in her scrubs. Kind of a cool story how it took place. She is still doing rotations with the high council and speaking about her mission in other wards. She always closes her talk with her testimony in Spanish. After her talk a lady (Who was visiting the ward) came up to her and told her she liked her talk and asked her if she had a job and invited her to come and interview for a position at Children's Dental. She said they are always looking for cute girls and speaking Spanish is a plus. Calli was so excited. She felt that the Lord was directing her paths and she would also love a job where she could use her Spanish. She turned in an application, had an interview, went for a day of training and got the job. She starts July 1st!
We also remembered mom on her "D" day. Can not believe it has been 10 years. Miss her so much! I walked upstairs and found Adam like this. Wrapped up in the afghan his mom made him fast asleep. So grateful for more Up's than Down's this month! Life is Good!
