Back in January, my mom booked rooms in Manti for the Last Mormon Miracle Pageant ever. We decided to jump on the opportunity.
Love this view! We picked up Sadie from hair school Saturday, June 22nd at noon, grabbed sandwiches and hit the road. We got to Manti in plenty of time to walk around, look at the vendors, booths and temple.
Such a gorgeous temple.
I was trying to convince one of my girls to get married here...I don't think it worked.
We walked all around the temple and it was the highlight of the trip!
The temple grounds overlook the cemetery.
Haha! Thought this was funny!
The temple grounds are as beautiful as the temple. It's amazing to think that Moroni walked these same grounds.
Behind the Scenes.
Looking down at the chairs set up for all the people to fill.
Some of the sets and props
Standing on the platform at the top of the hill overlooking the audience. This was used when Christ descended to the Nephites during the production.
Samual the Lamanite's wall
Waiting in line for the gates to open.
Protesters singing their praises
I asked Brandon to take a picture of Adam and I with the temple in the background...HAHA!
Savings spots and waiting for Kevin's Family to arrive.
Heading out to get a bite to eat at one of the vendors before the pageant began.
THE LAST PAGEANT!! It was awesome.
Bundled up, walking back to the hotel.
Darling church that we attended Sunday morning.
It was just as cute on the inside as the outside so we gave ourselves a tour.
Quick and fun little getaway. So glad we went!
