No matter the month or season, we always have the prettiest skies.
Kassi showed up out of the blue with Ben, Stacy and Trasen. We had no idea. She had been home for just 2 days after being sent home for medical reasons. She is sad to have left Ohio early. She was loving her mission but it was so good to see her again.
Cousins!! Sadie was so excited, she cried when she saw her.
Mati making us Empanadas.
Spur of the moment Christmas decorating in the middle of November. Adam is so funny. He is like a little kids around Christmas time. He can't wait to decorate. He loves it!
We had just finished decorating and the family was sitting around watching the Live action Lady and the Tramp.
Love moments like this.
When we have everyone home, we look like a used car lot.
Govenor Herbert made a emergency announment regarding new mandates for Covid. As Utah's number continued to climb and several areas (college towns became hot spots) were not taking the virus seriously, the governor passed several mandates. Masks mandatory and no hanging out with anyone outside your household for 2 weeks (incubation period) Nothing shut down, they are trying to get "Casual gatherings" under control. Too much partying going on with people ages 15-24 years old.
Calli went and spent the weekend in Provo again. She took this picture of Mati and posted it on her Instagram. Mati has either been here every weekend or Calli has been there, until Mati tested positive for Covid. That stopped the commutes for a couple weeks.
Flooded the kitchen leaving the sink on...again. I swear this is an annual occurrence. Everyone jumped in to help clean p all the water.
During our two week Covid Hiatus when the girls were again stuck home with no friends, we took them hiking the vortex.
It's a fun little hike and they loved it.
Gentry scratched her name in the rock.
And Adam and I found our initials from the last time we were there.
Had to snap this cute picture of Sadie on top watching Gentry run around in circles in the vortex trying to get higher and higher on the walls.
Sadie's annual friendgiving. This year, they each dressed up and act as each other. Then guess who each other were. Sadie was Jake Dunkley. Joey was Sadie.
Adam and I did another Saturday Hike. We did the Padre Canyon again...I had to try it again. Last time it just about killed me but it was the first "real" hike we did when started out and the sun was blazing. So i had to prove to myself that I could do it better this time.
People are awesome!
At the top! I was so impressed with our progress. We practically sped walked the entire way. We didn't even stop for a break until the top. It's crazy that our bodies are getting accustomed to hiking and exercise and it's becoming easier....and more enjoyable.
Another great adventure!
