You can always count on beautiful October skies at the games.

Getting her injury wrapped.
Calli is amazing at rebounding the ball on the field. If she gets it taken away, or passes it to the opposing team she goes after it and doesn't give up until she has the ball back. On this particular play she passed the ball and a Dixie player wooshed in and grabbed it. Well, that was it for Calli...she took off after the girl and slide right in front of her kicking the ball out from under her feet without ever touching her. It was awesome. She did however come away with a pretty good Turf Burn.
Calli checking out her bandage after getting it wrapped.
Love this picture of two #20's...Calli and Hannah wearing Calli's sweatshirt.

All wrapped up and ready to go back in.
Calli showing off her wound. This little bugger was in such a weird place that for the rest of the season, it just kept splitting. It never really healed until a few weeks after the season ended.
On the sidelines with Coach Kunde.
Calli and Hannah in their away-game attire.
Gooch (keeper) Calli and Hannah. She sure loves her teammates.
I was in charge of making the Senior posters for senior night. (It was my General Conference project) I had so much fun making them and were happy with how they turned out.
I of course, had to make Calli one to hang on her bedroom door even though she's just a junior.
Senior Night and last home game before playoffs.
We were fighting for 2nd place in the region. We just had to win Cedar (again) and Dixie had to win Desert Hills. We kept up our end of the bargain and won Cedar but in the end Deseret Hills beat Dixie. We tied for 2nd but due to points that get factored in we came in 3rd in region. They had a great season and we were now looking forward to play-offs.
Getting on the bus to head to Juan Diego.
Bus Rides are the best!
SC vs Juan Diego
Adam and I didn't make it to this game but I was able to find a Live Stream and watch it. What a hard-played, intesene, tough game. At the end of regulation the score was tied 0-0. After the first over time it was still 0-0. Went in another overtime, still 0-0. The game came down to penalty kicks with Juan Diego coming away with the win.  It was such an upset because we were so close but they fought hard and played outstanding. Its' always sad to see the season come to an end...especially when we had such a great shot at State...There's always next year!
Once again I was so glad that Stacy and her family were there to support Calli.
Year-end Soccer Banquet.
Hannah and Calli.
Can't believe she will be a senior next year and that it will be her last year of high school soccer. Time Flies when you're having fun!
