DISNEY CRUISE 2016 Part 5

WEDNESDAY, MAY 18, 2016
 Woke up in San Diego.
We had the later breakfast time which also meant our luggage tags wouldn't be called to disembark until one of the last so we decided to make the best of our last few hours on the ship and take our time.

Watched them unload and reload the ship.
Watched another cruise ship come in.

Walked past the Atrium where guests were disembarking through the same doors we entered. We were surprised to see so many people lined up to get off so quickly.
Grandma and Grandpa watching the people below.
Besides the Atrium, the rest of the ship was practically empty. We took full advantage of this.
Went to breakfast at the Parrot Cay. Gentry wearing her new cruise shirt.
Saying goodbye to our awesome servers.
They tried to hide us under the table so we wouldn't have to get off.
Wandering around with the ship to ourselves.
Went back up to the sports deck.

The girls were thrilled to find the soccer arena empty. They had tried to play soccer a couple times but there was always people playing so they were never able to until now...

They played with just the three of them for about a half hour.
We wandered some more, hitting some of our favorite spots again.
Kicking back and waiting for our luggage tags to be called.
We had Donald Duck tags
We were one of the last ones to disembark.

Mom pausing between the ship and the terminal. She did not want to get off.
One last look back in the ship and Atrium

 Picking up our luggage.

Back where we started. We were tempted to turn around, buy tickets and get right back on.

It was sure sad watching it get smaller and smaller as we drove away.
This is what my phone looked like after I turned it back on. It was so  nice being without electronics and just spending quality time with family.
Back to reality, with great memories and dreams of future cruises. Our girls already have the next two planned for us. It really was the most magical vacation we have ever been on. Definitely one we will remember and reminisce about for years to come!..until next time!
A few weeks later I found this in the mail...we are now official Castaway Club Members!
