Homemade Artisan Bread for the bishopric! 

 For months the wives had been texting to plan the day, time, and menu for the bishopric Christmas dinner. During one of the texts, I texted a YouTube video of guys showing up to a party in matching shirts and said, “Bishopric Dinner” They all said “Yes, I’m in” We spent a few days picking shirts on Amazon and making suggestions. We bought one but then all had to send it back before finding the right one. The days leading up to the party we all separately showed our husbands the shirt and told them we’d got them a new shirt for the holidays. Then when the day came, we call mentioned maybe wearing the new shirt that night. All was on board except one who actually asked his wife if he could wear that shirt tonight. Haha! Our plan was in motion. We started showing up one by one and had someone recording their reactions. It was AWESOME. The videos are so funny. They each walked in, did a double take and looked down at their shirts. It took them a minute to realize what was happening. We were dying laughing. Even throughout the night just watching them all mingle in their matching shirts made us giggle.

I actually felt a little bit bad about the power us wives have.

After dinner we played reindeer games! 

So much fun! We had great food, great company and a lot of laughs!! They said they were going to get us back next year…we’ll see!
