Region Champs!

Snow Canyon Girls Soccer Team are the Regional Champions!
State playoffs for the Varsity team will start next week.

Calli in her uniform and the family in our Snow Canyon gear!

Calli's last time on the field during a game as a freshman.

Calli's last soccer game as a freshman was a home game against Hurricane and also Senior night.

She had a great last game and they won 3-0.

After the JV game and before the Varsity game they recognized the Seniors on the team.

They have nine seniors this year. Jadyn is one of them.

Jadyn Losee and McKenzie Jolley (one of my YW)

Three of the nine seniors (including Jadyn) were injured for this game and they are trying to rest them for the playoffs games but they still wanted to give them a chance to start in their last game as seniors so they hobbled out on the field with the rest of the seniors. As soon as the ref blew the whistle Snow Canyon kicked it out of bounds so the injured could hobble back off.  The announcer said "Coming off the field we have our three injured seniors." It was so cool. It was a hard fought game going into double overtime and ending in a tie. Just goes to show how badly the team need those three seniors.

Teammates for a year, cousins for a lifetime!
It has been such a great experience for Calli. She has loved the girls, loved the coaches and loved being a part of this team.
