Calli's Farwell

Calli's invites

Heading out the door early to go to her friend Emma's farewell and then straight to her's! She did such a fantastic job. I just say there and listened in awe as she bore a strong testimony of her Savior and her love of the gospel. She received so many compliments of how her talk sounded like a return missionary. We were so proud of her. 

Illegal pic snapped by aunt Tracy, but I  love it! After her farewell talk we had a luncheon at our home. 

I had sooo much fun planning and making the food and decor for it. (Anything to keep me busy so I don't think about the goodbye that's coming.

We had such a great turn out. Over 70 people came to support Calli

So incredibly grateful to all our family and friends that came to support Calli.

Later that night after most everyone left, us and a few stragglers played games until we found the flood in our mudroom left from a broken chain in the preschool bathroom. 

There was about 2 inches of water. We had to gut the storage room. 

 Luckily we had two shop vacs and lots of helping hands. We had it cleaned up pretty quick and got back to games. It was such a great day and a great weekend. Feeling blessed!
