This week has been a slower one, We have officially started TEAM BAZINGA!!! which is our team/pack we made with Mati to help him stop smoking! He said that he has tried to quit for 12 years and has never been able to but for some reason now, he is doing it. That something is different. He told us that it is very very hard but he knows if he can just get through 3 days it would get better. I shared the scripture 121:7-9, 7 My son, peace be unto thy soul; thine adversity and thine afflictions shall be but a small moment;8 And then, if thou endure it well, God shall exalt thee on high; thou shalt triumph over all thy foes.9 Thy friends do stand by thee, and they shall hail thee again with warm hearts and friendly hands. We talked about how it will only be hard for a while that God will help him and that his friends do stand by him, that we are here for him. And we wanted to start a team with him to help him, and he LOVED IT! My comp gave up bread, I gave up sugar and his best friend Edu gave up entertainment on Sundays! It's been super fun! They are always joking about it and yelling team BAZINGA! (The name come from the Big Bang Theory) This morning Mati showed up with bread for me and candy for my companion😂😂 We only have to do it until his baptism. Mati has not smoked for about 1.5 weeks now! And is so excited about his baptism and wants to plan it! Also miracles for this week, we have an investigator that we went to go teach so we brought a member with us and turns out they are really good friend and worked together years ago! Their reaction when they saw each other was priceless. We had no idea they even knew each other. The man we are teaching is named Joan and he has a pretty sad story, he got a divorce then was with someone else and paid for her papers and everything for her to be with him, but she would go to her country every once in a while for weeks, come to find out she was cheating on him with her ex husband and just one day never came back. He tried to commit suicide by jumping in front of a train.. and somehow lived. And now the missionaries found him and he is being taught the gospel! When we left his house the member we had brought said that he looked different, he had a smile now and more light then when we walked in, God really truly does just put the people that need his gospel right in front of us. I can't even begin to describe how this week we have been lead by the Lord, literally we have had a couple of days where everything just seems like it is falling apart, and then at the end of the day every thing just seems to work out exactly the way it was suppose to. Me and my companion have been amazed a couple times this week and have stopped to thank God for guiding us and letting us be instruments, in fulfilling his will that day. Thank you all so much for your support and prayers. Love you all so so much. I know this church is true, that God leads his church and he loves his faithful members and missionaries! He truly is a loving Heavenly Father. I LOVE you all so so much! Love, Hermana Peterson

Teaching there is like teaching the world, people from all over the place, these were the Book of Mormons they handed out in one day. (Three Book of Mormon's in three different languages in one day)
